It all began with a pen, paper and a bike that didn’t exist yet.
Initial concept with symmetrical elevated chainstays
Final design with an elevated drive side chainstay and a conventional non-drive side chainstay in order to maximize tire clearance. Designed around 29" wheels and a 160mm travel fork.

The raw materials: Machined components and 4130 Chromoly tubing.
Hand filing the seat tube and bottom bracket junction
Once the main triangle is tacked together in the jig, the frame is then taken out of the jig for welding.
